29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Sharp Chain Area (Infeed) - On or about October 20, 2019 and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that lockout procedures were utilized while employees were exposed to the hazards associated with unexpected energization during maintenance on the Sharp Chain/Chip Heads, resulting in a caught-in hazard.
