29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: Noramco Inc., Athens, GA - On or about October 16, 2019, an employee was recording data and entering the area where the milling of Buprenorphine Hydrochloride was being conducted, to check the testing process. An evaluation of the respiratory hazard for the employee recording data and checking the process was not performed resulting in an exposure to Buprenorphine Hydrochloride that resulted in a hospitalization of the employee.
