29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made. On or about October 15, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at the establishment the employer did not ensure sufficient safe clearances was allowed for aisles where mechanical handling equipment was used. This exposed employees to struck-by and caught in hazards.
