29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On October 23, 2019, at a new construction located at 10528 SW Toren Way, Tradition, FL 34987, the employer failed to fully maintain a program of frequent and regular inspections by a competent person, including failing to inspect a worksite to ensure a means of conventional fall protection system was installed and used by the employees working at 9 feet above ground level while installing trusses on a new residential construction, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet to ground level.
