OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each employee employment and a place of employment which was free from the recognized hazard of being caught-in which was causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about October 22, 2019, employees performing clearing of a jammed chain on a Caterpillar asphalt paver, Model AP-1000B, were exposed to caught in hazards where the engine of the machine was running.
