29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. Location: a) By the doorway on the northwest side of the jobsite: On or about 10/21/2019; Employees were spraying water on ACM material as it was being loaded into containers. They sprayed from under a wall that had been identified as damaged and weak. The employer had not provided instruction to the employees on the weakened condition of the wall and the need to remain away from the area.
