OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to a fall hazard: On or about September 21, 2019, at 1520 South Powerline Road, Deerfield Beach, Florida, an employee placing material on a shelf unit in the warehouse while elevated on the forks of a powered industrial truck, was exposed to a fall hazard of 9-feet to the ground.
