OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crush-by and drowning hazards: A) On or about 10/7/2019, at a worksite located at The Villas III, Lakeland, FL 33813, an employee was exposed to crushed-by and drowning hazards when operating a Hustler Super Z HD ride-on mower close to the edge of a lake on terrain with a slope of 18 degrees or more.
