29 CFR 1910.335(b)(2): Employer did not ensure that barricades are used in conjunction with safety signs where it is necessary to prevent or limit employee access to work areas exposing employees to uninsulated energized conductors or circuit parts. Conductive barricades may not be used where they might cause an electrical contact hazard. This violation occurred on October 2, 2019, when at least one employee was exposed to electrical hazards while in an area that was not barricaded to prevent employees from entering.
