29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) Sawmill - On or about October 16, 2019 boxes, oil, paper, cobwebs, chips, splinters, shavings, were on floors and sawdust had accumulated around band saw exposing employees to fire and trip hazards. (b) Sawmill - On or about October 16, 2019 portable restrooms, restroom, tool room and were not clean and sanitary exposing employees to health hazards.
