29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): Employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: (a) Haymond Ridge Road Well Site: On or about October 8, 2019 employee training did not include the company's written procedure on Gas Hazards to assure that all affected employees used the available gas meters when they were working at active gas well locations including, but not limited to, gauging well fluid tanks. (b) Haymond Ridge Road Well Site: On or about October 8, 2019 employee training did not include the company's procedure on Gas Hazards to assure that all affected employees knew the required frequency for doing a bump test of the available gas meters when they were working at active gas well locations including, but not limited to, gauging well fluid tanks.
