29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about October 11, 2019, during the installation of roofing material on a residential single family home located at 748 Lake Ave NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site where employees were exposed to fall hazards from working surfaces of approximately 9.8 feet. The Roof Top Masters LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.20(b)(2) frequent and regular inspections, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1366806, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/12/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1133 10th St Ne, Massillon, OH 44646
