29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) Worksite: On or about 10/3/2019, the employer did not ensure that workers were protected from fall hazards of approximately fourteen feet during residential roofing. Joe Brunelle was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 1203583, 1206382 & 1222023, citation numbers 001, 001, and 002, item numbers 02, 01a, and 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/27/2017, 3/27/2017, and 5/24/2017, with respect to workplaces located at 389 Glenwood Avenue, Pawtucket RI, 02860, 3 Freeborn Road, Bristol RI, 02809 and 95 School Street, Lincoln RI, 02865.
