29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph.: a) 3646 Main Road East, Emmaus, PA, Worksite, Roof - on or about October 1, 2019, employees performing roofing demolition work on a residential roof were working to the side and stepping over a residential home electrical service operating in excess of 50 volts AC that was coated and not insulated to protect against accidental contact.
