29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a. On or about September 9, 2019 at 6869 Stapoint court in Winter Park, Florida, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on September 9, 2019 at around 9:00 PM.. The employer notified OSHA on September 13, 2019 at 2:20 P.M. of the in-patient hospitalization.
