29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(i): Bulldozer and scraper blades, end-loader buckets, dump bodies, or similar equipment were not fully lowered or blocked when being repaired or when not in use: a) Martin Tower Demolition Worksite - on or about September 26, 2019, an employee was performing repair work on a LaBounty HDR40 grapple attached to a CAT 328DCR excavator with a CAT Center-Lock Pin Grabber Coupler (quick-connect) elevated approximately two feet off the ground in the open position when the grapple released from the coupler and closed, pinning the employee between the tines.
