29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iv)(d): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the press brake area of operation (front and back) from hazards such as those created at the point of operation, and ingoing nip points: a) Drexel Metal Inc. DBA Premium Panels, Arvada CO: On or about September 18, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in, crushing, and amputation hazards due to lack of point of operation guarding on the Schectl 310 Automatic Press Brake (S/N T40397).
