29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(A): Powered Industrial Truck operators did not receive operating instructions, warnings, and precautions for the types of truck the operator will be authorized to operate. This violation occurred on or about September 16, 2019, the employer did not ensure that employees were trained to operate the JLG SkyTrak rough terrain forklift model 10054. This exposed the employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards.
