29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. a) On or about 09/16/2019, the employer did not correctly enter the following work-related injury on the OSHA Form 300: on 08/26/2019 an employee sustained a fracture of the hip and femur caused by a slip and fall while exiting the cab of a delivery truck which resulted in a hospitalization and days away from work.
