29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: a) Two Story Single Family Frame Home (Exterior Front): Employees were exposed to a head injury while employees were engaged in roofing work above. The employer did not ensure that employees working below roofing work were protected by protective helmets, thus exposing employees to a struck by hazard to the head, on or about 9/5/19.
