On or about September 3, 2019, Roller Mill 2021B had covers that were easily bypassed permitting employees to access the in going nip points created by the rollers of the machine exposing employees to the in going nip points, caught in hazards, and amputations. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
