29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Dollar Tree Store #1557, Stockroom Exit On or about September 5, 2019, employees worked throughout the stockroom to stock boxes/products, but excess boxes obstructed the stock room exit route. b) Dollar Tree Store #1557, Sales Floor Rear Exit: On or about September 5, 2019, employees worked throughout the sales floor for retail sales and customer assistance, but the sales floor rear exit route was obstructed with sales fixtures, shopping carts, and other material stored along the walls.
