29 CFR 1910.176(b): 29 CFR 1910.76(b): Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Location: warehouse (1) On or about 9/3/19, Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from material stored on storage racks three tiers high with damaged legs. (2) On or about 9/3/19 employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when a pallet weighing 2,000 lbs. was stored on top of a walk in freezer which was not designed for material storage on the top of it.
