29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used protective footwear when working in areas where there was a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where such employee's feet were exposed to electrical hazards: (a) On or about 08/22/2019 - Debarker Area, the employer failed to ensure that the employee(s) exposed to caught-in and/or struck-by hazards when working near the debarker machine wore appropriate foot protection, such as steel-toe footwear.
