29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not available for immediate emergency use: Location - laundry room On August 28, 2019, employees were exposed to a corrosive chemical product, such as TRI-STAR AQUA SOFT and LAUNDRY DESTAINER (containing formic acid and sodium hypochlorite), for laundry process. Eyewash station was blocked by obstructions.
