29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) 1001 West Middlesex Avenue, Port Reading, NJ 07064 - Dunnage Area Gaps between the conveyor belt and rollers in a conveyor system were unguarded, exposing employees to caught in hazards of the rotating conveyor belt. Violation occurred on or about 08/22/2019. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
