29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(ii): Modifications or additions which affect the capacity or safe operation of the equipment were made without the manufacturer's written approval: a) On or about 08/20/19, during the framing and construction of a residential unit at the River Run Apartments, located on 800 River Run, in Henrietta, New York, the employer made modifications to a JLG Telehandler Model G10-55A, without the written approval of the manufacturer. The employer installed a Heavy Duty Forklift Jib Model 1360B, to the telehandler; changing the load capacity of the JLG lift. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
