29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Baily International of Atlanta, Inc, Duluth, GA - In the warehouse, employees manually retrieved chemicals such as but not limited to Kor-Chem containing potassium hydroxide, LTS-303 and Mustang Multi-Temp Automatic Dish Detergent containing sodium hydroxide. All three of these solutions were classified as corrosive, on or about. An emergency eye wash station in the immediate area was not provided, on or about 8/26/19.
