OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Executive Order 12196 Section 1-201(a): The head of the agency did not furnish to employees places and conditions of employment that are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that: Taylor Pallets & Recycling, Inc. Winder, GA - On or about May 30. 2019 employees were exposed to struck by, crushing or caught in between hazards while operating #1 and #8 Toyota forklifts, without a seatbelt. The seat belts were broken and had not been repaired.
