29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: a) Mixing area: On or about August 20, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that a platform approximately 6 feet above the ground was not properly guarded to protect the employees who access the area.
