29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Poor housekeeping practices in storage areas created an unsafe work environment: a) Jobsite located at 75 McAvoy Lane, Phoenixville, PA. 19460, shop area: Employees accessing the storage area above the holding room where brick dust accumulated were exposed to slip and fall hazards in that; employees were unable to differentiate between the metal walking platform and unsupported foam board insulation. Condition was noted to exist on or about 9 AUG 2019.
