29 CFR 1910.23(b)(9): (9) Ladders are inspected before initial use in each work shift, and more frequently as necessary, to identify any visible defects that could cause employee injury; a. Located at 540 Post Woods Drive, Reynoldsburg, Ohio: On or about August 13, 2019, the employer did not ensure that the ladder was inspected prior to being used. An employee fell approximately 12 feet 3 inches from the ladder to the ground level as a result.
