29 CFR 1926.760(a)(2): Perimeter safety cables were not installed on final interior and exterior perimeters on the floors as soon as the metal decking was installed. Location - 75 Hayden Ave. Lexington, MA On or about 8/15/2019, employees working on a fully decked floor were exposed to fall hazards to a lower level by missing perimeter safety cables.
