29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) PRODUCTION AREA - The employer did not ensure that the accumulation of Auto Shredder Residue (Fluff) was removed from horizontal surfaces, including but not limited to machine surfaces and structure ledges, on or about August 15, 2019. In the Alternative 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: (a) PRODUCTION AREA - The employer did not ensure that the accumulation of Auto Shredder Residue (Fluff) was removed from horizontal surfaces, including but not limited to machine surfaces and structure ledges, on or about August 15, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
