Iseler Demolition, Inc./Water Tank Demolition Project/ 4451 New Castle Road, New Wilmington, PA: On or about August 13, 2019, the fuel gas cylinders (i.e. flammable gas cylinders/tanks) utilized for cutting work on the water tank were not secured from being knocked over.
