29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer than 10 feet to exposed and energized power lines. a) On or about July 29, 2019: At the site, conductive roof panels being installed from scissor lifts were moved closer than 10 feet to an energized 13,200 volt power line.
