29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): The employer is failing to protect employees from hazards such as but not limited to falls, electrocution, struck by and caught between. This was most recently documented on August 12, 2019 at the jobsite located at 1607 Anaconda Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. The employer did not initiate and maintain a program which provided for regular inspections of the job site which allowed an employee to perform work in the area of live electrical equipment. The employee sustained fatal injuries after contacting the energized electrical component.
