29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a. At truck receiving dock #4, on or about 7/31/19: An employee operating a forklift was exiting a trailer while a pedestrian was entering the trailer. The forklift operator failed to look in the direction of travel and ran over the pedestrian's foot.
