29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Taylor Farms New Jersey Inc.- Packing area: Employees are exposed to electrical hazards from a cable with damaged insulation. Type # ESV751N04TXC, S/N 13471715, 400/480Volts. The cable powers the turning table (lazy susan). The table is used to distribute/carry boxes before they are packed by employees. Observed on or about 08/06/2019.
