29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish or implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: a) Refrigeration system: The employer did not establish or implement written procedures for the inspection of corrosion under insulation (CUI) of process piping and vessels in the ammonia refrigeration system, on or about August 6, 2019. b) Refrigeration system: The employer did not implement written procedures for the inspection and maintenance of process equipment in that there was visible corrosion on the Thermo Syphon vessel (V-1), process piping and structural supports, as observed on or about August 6, 2019.
