OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing, or likely to cause, death, or serious physical harm to employees. A) By Container berth #4, on or about July 31, 2019, and or times prior to, two employees were exposed to capsizing and drowning hazards when they exceeded the maximum capacity of a 10-foot Tracker Jon Boat they used to access their work area.
