29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee exposed to fall hazards and who used personal fall protection systems or is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart prior to May 17, 2017: On or about August 2, 2019, the employer failed to provide adequate fall hazard training to their employee(s). Employees are required to use fixed ladders, up to 14 feet from ground level, to access the roof of the building to perform routine maintenance of heating and ventilation systems.
