Location: 400 Route 10, East Hanover, NJ. a) At the back room (i.e. stock room, storage area and lunch room) of the above addressed worksite, the emergency exits were blocked by boxes and U-boats, preventing workers from exiting the building during an emergency; on or about 7/25/19. b) At the back room (i.e. stock room, storage area and lunch room) of the above addressed worksite, the exit aisles leading to the emergency exit were measured at 13 inches at it narrowest point.
