OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to caught in hazards in the yarn take up shaft. a) On or about July 23, 2019, Spinning Area - Frame 4, the hair of an employee engaged in cleaning a rotor on a unit on frame 4 was caught in the yarn take up shaft of an Autocore 480 yarn spinning machine.
