29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer had not ensured that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in paragraph (l) [Reference 29 CFR 1926.602(d) for construction]: a) 15 Chetwynd Terrace, At the Chetwynd Water Tower, Livingston, NJ and at the Corporate Offices at 177 Elmwood Ave. Long Branch, NJ. The operator of the rough terrain forklift and employees in the area of the fork lift and working on the scaffold where the lift was operating, were in danger of injury as the operator of the lift had not completed training and evaluation by his employer on forklift operations.
