OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that an employee was exposed to a struck and crush by hazard: On or about 07/10/2019, at 4837 Coral Wood Drive Naples FL 34119, a retreat or escape path in the opposite intended direction of fall of a tree was not planned, prior to using a chain saw and front end loader to cut a dead pine tree, thereby exposing a chain saw operator to a struck and crushing hazard.
