29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about July 18, 2019, at the northwest side of 9540 Collins Avenue, Surfside, FL, 33154, two employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while installing reinforcement steel bars near power lines energized at 13.2-kV. The employer did not instruct employees in the recognition and avoidance of hazards associated with working near overhead power lines.
