29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: In the following instances exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Back Stock Room, Aisle 216-230 - Pallets and boxes obstructed the exit route. b) Back Stock Room, Aisle 25 - Receiving goods cart obstructed the exit route. c) Back Stock Room, Signage Room Aisles - The exit route was obstructed. d) Receiving Dock - The fire exit door between the loading docks was obstructed with a shopping cart full of boxes.
