29 CFR 1910.147(c)(8): Energy isolation. Lockout or tagout shall be performed only by the authorized employees who are performing the servicing or maintenance. (a) On or about July 5, 2019, employee(s) were servicing Aaon Rooftop Air Conditioning Units (Model No. RN-015-3-0-EA09-14A) and did not ensure the air conditioning units were properly shut down and all power sources were isolated. This exposed employees(s) to rotating fan blades and amputation injury.
