29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: A. On or about July 12, 2019, Stock Room: A rolling cart full of product was placed in the exit route, blocking access to the nearest emergency exit. B. On or about July 12, 2019, Side Hallway: An expandable rolling conveyor was placed in storage in the exit route, blocking access to the emergency exit. The Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1309164, Repeat Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1605 Morrissey Drive, Suite 106, Bloomington, IL.
